Pork chops in sauce

 

Take a baking pan to fit the amount of chops

You want. After coating with flour place your

pork chops in the pan

 

The sauce

Take 2/3 cup of catsup

Three tablespoons brown sugar

Two tablespoons vinegar

And 1/2 cup water

And mix together.

Repeat this sauce mix recipe

Until you have enough to cover your chops

Pour over chops .Place in 350 degrees oven

Cook 30 minutes covered and remove cover

and cook another 30 minutes  or until chops are

tender
