Muffin pan eggs

 

This is very easy

take a muffin pan that is for big muffins

Grease with shortening

Crack an egg and drop it into a muffin slot

Be sure not to break the yolk

Sprinkle the top with shredded cheese

Continue until all are done

Then place muffin pan in the oven

Bake until the eggs are a solid white

Then remove from the pan and serve
