Lazy perogies

Peel and cook and mash a large pot of potatoes

Fry a large onion in butter or margarine

Mix together add salt and pepper lots of pepper

In a bowl  1 cup of med warm water and 1 egg and mix

Them together now add enough flour to make the dough

So it does not stick to your hand when you work it with

your hands. Roll it out 1/4 inch thick

Take a pot about the size of a dutch oven and fill it half full

of water put  a tablespoon of cooking oil in the water

Cut the dough in 2 inch pieces place in water and boil until they float

Remove from water

Now mix potato mixture and dough pieces together you can heat it again

Or I like it fried and serve
